Fiabee for Business
Organizations and businesses are rightly prohibiting the use of mass market sync-share solutions within the workplace because of the associated security threats and lack of corporate controls. Fiabee’s "out-of-the-box" mobile sync-share service for enterprise incorporates proven high security, granular administrative controls, remote wipe capabilities and LDAP integration among others. Fiabee may be deployed in a private or public cloud infrastructure or even on premises.

With Fiabee you can rapidly implement a secure mobile collaboration tool to increase productivity within your workforce in the office or in the field. It’s flexible and scalable: users may be added and removed as required even if they are outside your company’s network.
Powerful Management Console
One of the main concerns of any business is the ability to share information whilst on the go. Fiabee provides granular controls over the contents and permissions granted to mobile devices, helping the Enterprise to cope with Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policies and empowering secure mobile collaboration amongst employees and their preferred devices.
Activity Reporting Tool
For security, control or auditing purposes all user and administrator activities are logged. Activity reports may be generated for individual users or domain or administrative level activities for a specific period of time. The reports can be viewed online, or downloaded as CSV files.
The organization owns the account, not the user
No information is lost when an employee leaves the company or a collaborator moves onto other activities. Users can be individually restricted to specific devices which provide further control over the information.
Remote Wipe from mobile devices and desktops
Administrators can perform a remote wipe of the information in the Fiabee application stored on any desktop or mobile device that is linked to the user account. Remote wipe is executed with surgical precision and does not affect other applications or other information stored on the devices. The deleted information is retained on the server and can be accessed by the administrator at any time.
Secure collaboration
When sharing a document users can set a password and an expiration time. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, mobile applications have a local pass code and credentials are encrypted locally, and all activity is logged for auditing purposes among other security measures. LDAP and Single Sign On integration
Fiabee supports Single-Sign-On (SSO) integration for Business and Enterprise accounts, including LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) and SAML (Secure Assertion Markup Language) 2.0 protocol.
Automatic file versioning
Fiabee performs automatic versioning of overwritten documents and keeps deleted documents for 30 days. Restoring these documents can be done by the user herself, liberating IT department of valuable time.
Users can add notes to file versions to facilitate group collaboration.
Independent or Integrated with IT
Fiabee may be used independently of the organization’s existing IT capabilities and resources. This may be useful for business units in large organizations or Small and Medium Businesses that have little or no IT resources. For larger organizations with IT resources, Fiabee’s Administrative Control Console enables integration with a company’s LDAP, Active Directory or MDM solution.
User-friendly functionalities include auto-update of desktop and mobile applications, user self-service when restoring deleted or overwritten documents, easy reporting of 3rd level issues and remote wiping of devices, among others.
Mobile & Desktop
Fiabee supports the most widely used mobile and desktop Android, iOS, BlackBerry QNX, Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP, Mac OSX, Firefox OS, and Chrome OS. A user can access his information on the go with Fiabee’s HTML5 app or the web site.
Information is not stored locally on the mobile devices due to space limitations but users can search for documents, share documents, create new folders, delete files or folders and even edit documents or upload new content from their mobile devices.
